This policy explains what personal data CPSS Prep collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
The short version. We collect your email address when you buy or request the free sample, and a licence key when you activate the study app. Your study progress never leaves your own device. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

Your answers, accuracy, review queue, diagnostic result and planner data are stored in your browser's local storage. They are not sent to us and we cannot see them. If you clear your browser data, that progress is lost and we cannot recover it.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The study app uses your browser's local storage to remember your licence and your progress — this is technically necessary for the product to work, and the data stays on your device.
Purchase and licence records are retained for as long as your licence is valid and afterwards as required for tax and accounting purposes. Email marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these, email support@cpssprep.com. We will respond within 30 days. Note that deleting your data may end your access to a purchased licence.
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
This product is intended for professionals preparing for a certification examination. It is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We operate from Hong Kong and use service providers in the EU and elsewhere. Your data may therefore be processed outside your own country.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify licence holders by email.
